13″ (33cm) This quartz cuckoo clock has a hand carved and hand painted case featuring a moving water wheel and wood chopper. It has a wooden cuckoo who appears and calls a woodland call on the hours, after which 1 of several different tunes including ‘Happy Wanderer’, ‘There’s No Place Like Home’ ‘Oh My Darlin’ Clementine’ and traditional German songs plays as the dancers rotate on a platform on the balcony of the clock and the wood chopper chops his wood and the water wheel rotates. The music can be turned off independently of the clock being turned off. It has metal weights although they are only for decoration as this clock is operated by LR14 batteries (not included).
