Classic Style Quartz Cuckoo Clock

Description

Like its mechanical ‘brother’, this is a classical style cuckoo clock with 5 leaves and a bird sitting on top of the case. It measures 12″ (30cm) from the top of the bird to the base of the case. It has plastic double doors through which the plastic cuckoo pops to call the hours. After the cuckoo calls 1 of several tunes plays including ‘there’s no place like home’, ‘sound of silence’ and ‘oh my darlin’ clementine’. The music can be turned off independantly of the clock being turned off. It has a ‘woodland’ cuckoo call. The weights are imitation. The case is all wood and hand carved with deeply carved detail on the leaves, bird and pendulum. It is operated by LR14 batteries (not included).
